Properly is an independent lead-referral service operating in Victoria, Australia. We are not a government body and not an accredited rebate provider. We help connect Victorian households with accredited energy providers.

• Your suburb and postcode;
• Property type (e.g. house, townhouse, apartment) and ownership status;
• The rebate you're interested in and your answers to the eligibility questions;
• Your indicated timeframe for the work;
• The date, time and record of your consent.

We may also collect technical information automatically, such as your IP address, browser type, device information and how you interact with the site, including via analytics and advertising tools (see "Cookies and tracking" below).

How we use it

We use your personal information to:

• Assess your indicative rebate eligibility based on your answers;
• Connect you with an accredited energy provider who can confirm eligibility and quote;
• Contact you about your enquiry;

Who we share it with

With your consent, we pass the details you submit to one or more accredited energy providers so they can contact you about your enquiry by phone, SMS and email. By submitting the form and ticking the consent box, you authorise this disclosure.

We may also share information with service providers who help us operate the site (for example hosting, form processing and analytics providers), and where required or authorised by law. We do not sell your personal information for unrelated purposes.

Your consent and how to opt out

You choose whether to submit your details. You can withdraw consent or ask us to stop contacting you at any time by emailing us at the address below. Once your details have been passed to a provider, you can also ask that provider directly to stop contacting you.
